1. What is Purrfect Mood Co.?

Purrfect Mood Co. is a cozy, cat-inspired lifestyle brand created to bring warmth, comfort, and calm energy into your everyday routine. Each product is designed with soft aesthetics and peaceful vibes — inspired by the mood in our videos.

2. Where are your products made?

Our merch (hoodies, totes, mugs, etc.) is printed and fulfilled through trusted production partners to ensure high-quality items and fast shipping.

3. How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time (U.S.): 3–8 business days
You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment — but we are working on expanding worldwide shipping soon!

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that timeframe, your order may already be in production.

6. What is your return & refund policy?

Because our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns for:

  • ✔ damaged items
  • ✔ misprints
  • ✔ incorrect orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at purrfectmoodco@gmail.com within 7 days along with photos, and we’ll make it right!

We do not accept returns for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear.

7. What if my package arrives damaged?

We got you! Please email purrfectmoodco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

We will send a replacement ASAP.

8. Why is my hoodie, tote, or mug printed slightly differently from the mockups?

Every item is individually printed, so slight variances in color or placement can happen. This is normal for custom print-on-demand products.

9. How do I care for my hoodie, tote, or mug?

Hoodies:

  • Wash cold, inside out
  • Avoid bleach
  • Tumble dry low or air dry
  • Do not iron directly on the print

Totes:

  • Spot clean or gentle wash
  • Air dry only

Mugs:

  • Dishwasher safe (top rack preferred)
  • Microwave safe

10. Do you offer gift packaging?

Not yet — but we plan to add this option in the future!
